For RUO store owners on WordPress & WooCommerce
Your store is one policy update away from going dark.
We move RUO storefronts off WordPress and WooCommerce onto RUO Pro — products, customers, and order history intact. You keep your suppliers and your payment processor. Most stores are live again within two weeks.
Free plan, no call required. We look at your store and tell you what moving involves.
- Done for you
- Your data comes with you
- NMI gateway supported
Happening now
WordPress and WooCommerce were never built for this industry
If you sell research-use-only material on a WordPress and WooCommerce store, your entire business sits on a stack whose own rules exclude it. WooPayments names peptides and research chemicals as prohibited products, and says plainly that it may restrict or shut down the account. On top of that, a theme or plugin update at the wrong moment takes the store down, and there is no one whose job it is to put it back. The first warning most owners get is a checkout that stops taking money.
- WooPayments lists peptides and research chemicals as prohibited outright
- Its policy reserves the right to restrict or shut down the account
- WordPress, Woo, your theme, and every plugin update on someone else's schedule
- When it goes down, revenue goes to zero until you personally fix it
WooPayments' own published policy lists “Peptides and other research chemicals” among prohibited products, and states: “If we become aware of prohibited activity, we may restrict or shut down the account.” Verified against the live policy page. Source.

The payments row reflects WooPayments' published policy, which prohibits “Peptides and other research chemicals” and reserves the right to restrict or shut down the account. The remaining rows describe general-purpose WordPress and WooCommerce architecture — core, a theme, and third-party plugins updating independently — not any single provider's conduct. Source.
What it costs
One migration fee, then a monthly that covers the platform, support, and your first $250,000 of GMV. Above that it is 5% of GMV — so the platform costs more only once your store is selling more.
One-time migration — done for you, start to finish
then $995/monthPlatform, hosting, updates, and support
Includes up to $250,000 in GMV. Above that, 5% of GMV.Measured on your store's gross merchandise value, billed monthly in arrears.
What you get
- Every product, variant, and price moved across
- Your full customer list, with accounts intact
- Complete order history — nothing starts from zero
- Your NMI gateway connected and tested end to end
- Your domain cut over on a schedule you approve
- Your supply line connected, however you run it
- A storefront built to your brand, not a template
- We stay on it after launch — this is not a handoff
The $995 monthly fee begins when your store goes live and renews automatically every month until you cancel. It covers up to $250,000 of GMV per month; above that, 5% of GMV is billed monthly in arrears. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us — cancelling stops future charges. The one-time $4,995 migration fee is separate and does not recur.
How it works
How the move actually works
You are not rebuilding anything and you are not learning a new system on your own. Here is the whole process.
- 01Day 1
We look at what you have
Send us your store URL — that is all we need to start. We go through your products, your customers, your order history, and how you take payment, then tell you exactly what moves and anything that needs a decision. You get this before you commit to anything, and before we ask for access to anything.
- 02Days 2–7
We build your store
You give us read access to your WooCommerce admin and we take it from there. Your products, customers, and order history are imported. Your storefront is built to your brand — not a template with your logo on it. Your supply line is connected, whichever way you run it.
- 03Days 7–10
We connect your payments
Your NMI merchant account is connected to the new checkout and tested with real transactions before a single customer sees it. You keep your processor, your rates, and your processing history.
- 04Day 10–14
You approve, then we cut over
You walk the finished store and sign off. We schedule the DNS cutover with you — typically overnight — so the switch happens when you are not taking orders. Your old site stays up until the new one is confirmed working.
- 05Ongoing
We keep it running
Hosting, updates, and support are the monthly fee. When something needs fixing it is our job to find it and fix it, not yours to notice and escalate.
Pick one
Your supply line, your call
This is the question most owners ask first. You are not forced onto our supply to use the platform, and you are not left to solve it alone either.
Keep your own suppliers
You already have supply you trust. Nothing about that has to change.
- Your suppliers connect to the new store
- Your costs and margins stay exactly as they are
- No markup on your supply — your cost is your cost
Best for: An established store with supply relationships already working
Most stores pick this
Use our supply
List from the RUO Pro catalog and choose what you carry.
- Pick which items appear on your store
- Pricing you set, not pricing we set for you
- One supply relationship instead of several
Best for: An owner who wants to stop managing suppliers
Drop-ship ours
We pick, pack, and ship to your customer. You hold no inventory.
- Orders route automatically — you do nothing
- No stock to buy up front and no fulfilment to run
- Tracking goes to your customer under your brand
Best for: Launching, or getting out of fulfilment entirely
Payments
Your gateway and your merchant account both come with you
Getting approved to take cards in this category is the hardest thing you have already done, and nobody wants to do it twice. RUO Pro connects to the NMI gateway — so your new checkout runs through the same gateway and settles into the same merchant account you use today. Your processor, your approval, your rates. We connect it and test it with live transactions before your store goes anywhere near a customer.
- Your merchant account stays where it is — no new underwriting
- Your negotiated rates — we do not sit in the middle of your processing
- Your processing history stays with your account
- Tested with real transactions before cutover
Not sure whether you are on NMI? Plenty of stores are and do not know it — it is usually branded under your processor's name, not NMI's. Send us your store URL and we will tell you from your checkout, including if it turns out to be one we cannot connect yet.
What you stop dealing with
Plugin updates
No more WordPress core, Woo, a theme, and twenty plugins all updating on their own schedules.
Finding a developer
Nothing on this list requires you to find someone, brief them, and wait. It is our job.
Hosting questions
Hosting, certificates, and uptime are included and are not yours to think about.
Rebuilding your catalog
Your products come across as they are. You are not re-entering four hundred items.
Losing your customers
Your customer list and order history move with you. Repeat buyers stay repeat buyers.
Re-applying for payments
Your NMI account comes with you. No new underwriting, no gap in taking money.
Questions owners actually ask
Will my store go down during the move?
No. Your WordPress site keeps running the whole time we build the new one. The only moment anything changes is the DNS cutover, which we schedule with you — usually overnight when you are not taking orders — and your old site stays up until the new one is confirmed working.
What happens to my customers and their accounts?
They come with you. Customer records and full order history are imported, so a returning customer still has their history and you keep the data your repeat business depends on. Customers will set a new password the first time they sign in, because passwords are stored hashed and cannot be transferred — that is the one thing they will notice.
Do I have to use your products?
No. You can keep your own suppliers, list from our catalog, or have us drop-ship — see the supply section above. Keeping your own supply costs nothing extra: the platform fee is the same whichever route you choose, and we never mark up or take a cut of what you buy from your own suppliers.
I take cards through NMI. Does that carry over?
Yes. NMI is the gateway — it carries the transaction from your checkout to your processor — and RUO Pro connects to it directly. Your merchant account, the separately underwritten account that funds settle into, does not move at all: same processor, same rates, same processing history, no new application. We connect the gateway and test it with live transactions before cutover.
How do I know whether I am on NMI?
Most owners do not, and that is normal. NMI is sold through processors and ISOs who put their own branding on the gateway, so it usually appears under your processor's name rather than NMI's. You do not have to work it out yourself — send us your store URL and we will tell you from your checkout. NMI is the gateway we support today; if yours is something else, we will say so immediately rather than after you have paid.
How long does it take?
Most stores are live within two weeks of us getting access. A very large catalog or an unusual payment setup can add time, and we will tell you that in the plan before you commit rather than during.
What exactly does the $995 a month cover?
The platform, hosting, updates, and support, plus up to $250,000 of GMV each month. Above $250,000 it is 5% of GMV, billed monthly in arrears — so the platform only costs more once your store is selling more. That percentage is our fee; it is separate from, and on top of, whatever your payment processor charges. It starts when your store goes live, renews monthly, and you can cancel anytime — cancelling stops future charges.
What if I want to leave later?
Your data is yours. You can export your products, customers, and orders, and cancel the monthly. We are not going to hold your catalog hostage to keep you.
I am not technical. Is that a problem?
It is the normal case. This is a done-for-you migration: you send us your store, make a few decisions, and approve the result. Day to day afterwards, adding a product or changing a price does not need a developer.
Get your migration plan
Tell us where your store is and we will come back with what moves, what needs a decision, and how long it takes. No charge, and no call unless you want one.
Would you rather move on your schedule, or on your host's?
A plan costs nothing and tells you where you actually stand.
